Facebook Competition Rules Regulations

  1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  2. The promotion commences at 7:00pm AEST (Melbourne time) on December 1st 2019 and ends at 12:00pm AEST (Melbourne time) on December 13th 2019.
  3. Entry is open only to Mornington Peninsula residents over the age of 13. Entry is not open to Roberts and Green Real Estate staff, friends and family members.
  4. Eligible entrants will automatically receive one entry into the promotion when they “like” Roberts and Green Real Estate on Facebook, share the post and tag a friend. Multiple entries are allowed as long as the ‘post’ content is different.
  5. There will be twelve (12) winners.
  6. The winners will be randomly selected via https://woobox.com/campaigns/user-generated-content
  7. The winners will be notified via a Facebook message on December 13th 2019 1pm and their name will be published on our Facebook page.
  8. There will be twelve (12) prizes which are not redeemable for cash.
  9. Roberts and Green Real Estate will take no responsibility if the prize winner’s contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted.
  10. The prize must be collected from our office at 64 High Street, Hastings VIC 3915 within 3 business days from the draw date.
  11. Roberts and Green Real Estate reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  12. Roberts and Green Real Estate reserves the right to re-use any material posted into the competition for marketing and promotion purposes on Facebook and the Roberts and Green website, emails, print ads and other promotional materials.
  13. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Roberts and Green Real Estate Pty Ltd and not to Facebook or Instagram.
